Repeat prescriptions are avaliable from this practice.
You may obtain Presciption only Medication, Category V (POM-V's) from the veterinary surgeon or you may ask for a written prescription and obtain these medicines from another veterinary surgery or pharmacy.
The veterinary surgeon may prescribe POM-V's only for animals under their care.
A prescription may not be appropriate if your animal is an inpatient or immediate treatment is necessary.
You will be informed, on request, of the price of any medication that may be despensed for your animal.
If your animal is on permanent medication it is the policy of this practice to re-assess the patient every 3 or 6 months (depending on the medication), but this may also vary with individual circumstances. There is a charge for this consultation, please ask at reception for details.
